Pricing:
Prices are subject to change at any time depending upon individual service needs. While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, any quote given over the phone are not deemed exact as factors such as length, previous colour, time involved etc cannot be determined at that time. Complimentary consultations with our service providers are recommended prior to service to determine the accurate price. Prices listed in our service menu are base prices.
Colour Correction Policy:
Consultation must be booked prior to colour correction appointment. This allows time for the stylist to plan for the results you’re wanting to achieve with full understanding. Colour corrections may take more than 1 appointment.
Lateness:
To ensure we give the best experience possible we kindly request that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. If you are running late, please call ahead. Late arrivals may not be able to be accommodated as you may not have time to complete the whole service. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may request that you reschedule your services as a courtesy to our guests booking after you.
Adjustment Policy:
Refunds are not issued on salon services. However, if you are dissatisfied with your service, we will ask you to re-visit for an evaluation to determine if results discussed in your original consultation were achieved and adjust the service at no charge if warranted. Management must be notified within 5 days of original service and we ask that you return to the same stylist that provided the service. Your adjustment can only be rescheduled once. If the rescheduling or cancellation does not follow our policy, the adjustment will not be honored.
Retail Product Returns:
If you are unhappy with a hair care product, you can exchange it within 14 days of purchase.
No cash refunds will be given.

Cancellation Policy:
Please cancel appointments 48 hours in advance.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.
COVID Policy:
You must wear a surgical or cloth mask at all times during your appointment. If a mask is not worn unfortunately you will have to reschedule or purchase a mask to wear $1. - Only 1 person per appointment in the salon at a time, any family members will have to wait outside or in the car. If you have any of symptoms of COVID-19: , have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or someone who has developed new respiratory symptoms. Please delay your visit AND contact either your health care provider, Telehealth Ontario (1-866-797-0000), or visit an Assessment Centre for testing. We will temporarily be implementing a flat $2.50 charge. This is to offset the additional supplies and safety measures needed to keep our team and you safe.
